Midlands:
We have many customers participate in driving experience days from across the Midlands, from both the East and the West. We have two venues that are based locally in the East Midlands Midlands, these being Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground in Leicestershire, and Rockingham Motor Speedway in Northamptonshire. For those in the East Midlands, both of the circuits are based here – but can easily be accessed by anybody in the West Midlands. With Bruntingthorpe just a 41 minute drive away, and Rockingham just an hour and 6 minutes, it is a tough decision of which one you would like to go to! Rockingham is one of the most well-known circuits in the UK as it was the first venue to be built with a banked oval since Brooklands closed back in 1939. They are also known for their own track days that they host. Bruntingthorpe in Leicestershire is one of the largest privately owned test tracks in the UK. Previously an old Airfield, Bruntingthorpe has been “refurbished” to suit both Supercar driving and Truck drives also – this venue is known to have one of the best selections of bends and straights so is well suited for any driver! Rockingham Motor Speedway offers on site camping facilities, so why not make a weekend away! With Rockingham Castle around the corner, and easy access to surrounding areas including Corby, Kettering and Peterborough, it is easy to have an enjoyable day/weekend! Although Bruntingthorpe do not have onsite camping, there are plenty of hotels, B&B’s and lodges nearby which can be found on their direct website. With plenty of restaurants and villages close by, it makes a great relaxing weekend, even after driving a Supercar!
