Terms and Conditions


Every effort is made to ensure the descriptions, prices and illustrations contained within the website and on gift vouchers are a true reflection of the events or products, these do not form part of a contract. Once a specific date has been booked, you will automatically become bound by our terms and conditions. Please note that experiences and other products are subject to change without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Brochure and website descriptions and prices

All images and brochures used by are protected by copyright and must not be copied or used in whole or in part without the permission of All images and brochures used for driving experiences are for illustration purposes and are used as an indication of the experience. reserves the right to change or remove images from the website at any time.

We cannot be held responsible for descriptions by or on any third party or agent website or paperwork.

We reserve the right to vary the prices of our experiences, vouchers and optional extras which we offer. By making a purchase, you accept that our prices may increase or decrease between the day of purchasing your voucher and booking your driving experience.

If upon contacting Driveme to redeem your voucher you feel that the experience taking place no longer accurately represents the activity that was purchased, Driveme will exchange the voucher for an alternative driving experience. Please note that all driving experiences are subject to change without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights. 50% off vouchers can be purchased at the venue; however they cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers, any supercar blast vouchers, Lamborghini Huracan driving experiences or corporate driving events, parties and group bookings. The discount is to be used against the original selling price of the experience (the higher price).

Discount codes will only work on experience gift vouchers but cannot be used on any supercar blasts, special offers, 5 or 6 car blasts/experiences or open gift vouchers. All discounts codes can only be used against the actual experience cost, not additional extras such as photos, damage waiver policy etc. All special offer and discount codes cannot be applied on the custom build your own driving experiences.

Discount codes must be applied at the checkout when making your purchase online or over the phone as this cannot be added once your order has been processed. You may also be receiving offers via emails because you have made a recent purchase with us, therefore the discount cannot be applied to your previous order.

Most experiences and all optional extras are priced per person.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We are unable to delay payment or make provisional bookings unless credit terms have been agreed. We reserve the right to cancel any order where full payment has not been received within credit terms or where payment has defaulted. Any vouchers issued in these circumstances become void without further notice and we will withhold all reasonable costs incurred.

3. Restrictions

Children attending the venue must be accompanied by an adult. Alcohol and drugs are strictly forbidden on the track.

Any medical condition or disability must be disclosed to at time of booking. Some experiences do have weight and height restrictions, if you are unsure if will be able to accommodate you please get in touch prior to booking.

For all Adult driving experiences, the customer must hold a full UK manual driving licence.

For all Junior driving experiences, the customer must be a minimum age of 10 years old with a minimum height restriction of 4ft 10, the Junior will be measured on the day at the Venue, if the Junior is not over the height restriction they will only be allowed to have the experience as a passenger.

For all passenger rides, the customer must be a minimum age of 8 years old, with a minimum height restriction of 4ft 1.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make certain that you purchase an experience suitable for the proposed beneficiary and it is the responsibility of the recipient to double check that the restrictions are not prohibitive.

4. Experience availability

All experiences are offered subject to availability and weather conditions on the day. It may be necessary to book experiences well in advance due to demand (we recommend that you book at least 12 weeks in advance, especially during busier periods e.g May-Sept). We also recommend that you check dates before you buy as all vouchers are not date specific and all ‘supercar’ voucher are not car specific.

For multiple supercar driving experiences (4,5 or 6 car experiences), you may be asked to reduce the amount of cars that your voucher is valid for and exchange it for double the distance in order for us to accommodate your original order.

Events run at Stafford on selected weekdays and selected Saturdays and some Sundays from January to December.

Events run at Anglesey on selected dates from March to October.

Events run at Three Sisters on selected Mondays from March to September.

Events run at Tockwith on selected weekdays with selected weekends also available between March to October.

Bookings made between 11am and 2pm are classed as premium time slots and will incur an additional cost of 10 pounds. These are subject to availability, please enquire at time of booking.

We are unable to make provisional reservations. You are advised not to make travel, hotel or other arrangements until your booking has been confirmed in writing. will not be held liable for the cost of lost insurance premiums, travel expenses, pre-booked accommodation or any other costs incurred. The issue of a ‘TBA’ (To Be Arranged) voucher does not constitute the confirmation of a particular date. Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be changed or amended unless you have taken out cancellation indemnity cover (terms and conditions apply see item 10)

5. Bookings

Once a date is booked and confirmed you are bound by our terms and conditions. Once a booking is made it is a confirmed booking and cannot be changed. Cancellation insurance is available on selected experiences (terms and conditions apply see item 10). In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the experience after you have confirmed a date, we will contact you direct to reschedule.

6. Voucher packs and tangible items

(A) Gift vouchers are valid for 10 months (Unless otherwise stated) and are fully exchangeable. Voucher validity is from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. The experience must be completed prior to the expiry date on the voucher. Should the recipient be unable to utilise the voucher before the expiry date, then upon contacting prior to the expiry date on the voucher and paying an administration fee of 30 pounds (if the activity has increased in price they will also need to pay the difference) the voucher will be extended for a further 3 months only and this applies to 10 month vouchers only. Any voucher extensions are not in any way related to the original card purchase.

Please note extended vouchers and Special Offer vouchers cannot be exchanged, extended or refunded.
For replacement vouchers or name changes a 20 pounds administration fee may apply. Expired vouchers are void.

(B) Vouchers are dispatched by Second Class Royal Mail you may request Special Delivery for an additional charge. will not be held responsible for loss suffered as a result of mail being delayed. If the recipient is unable to accept delivery of voucher packs or other items then additional charges may need to be paid to replace any items if required.

7. Liability & Safety

Many of the experiences featured involve some personal risk. You will be required to sign a disclaimer before you to take part. With all our experiences the instructors assess a participant’s ability to take part. We reserve the right to refuse any person from participating in any experience should we deem it necessary.
By redeeming your experience voucher, you acknowledge that the experiences are dependent on certain factors beyond’s control. shall not be liable for the cancellation, postponement or alteration of any experience for reasons beyond their control including for weather-related reasons, mechanical failure, and location changes or otherwise.

8. Complaints

In the unlikely event of a complaint arising you are advised to speak to a member of staff on the day of the experience to resolve any issues. Should you still not be satisfied please email details of your complaint (including your voucher reference number and who you spoke to on the day) to

9. Refunds/Cancellations

We are only able to offer refunds when customers are legally entitled within 10 days of the purchase. After 10 days a credit note will be issued to the face value of the purchase.

We cannot offer refunds or extensions on vouchers purchased under special offer – this includes discount codes and any supercar blast vouchers. This also applies to open gift vouchers, activated vouchers, booked experiences, upgrades and optional extras including VIP and All Inclusive packages, collision damage waiver, cancellation policy, weekend upgrades etc.

All special offer vouchers are valid for 4 months, supercar vouchers are valid for 6 months and car specific vouchers are valid for 10 months from date of purchase and the experience is to be completed before this end date. After this date, the voucher becomes void and non-redeemable.

Under no circumstances, can we cancel, refund or reschedule a track day once a date has been booked and confirmed, so please ensure you or the person(s) you are booking the event in for are able to attend the date chosen before you proceed.

All authorised refunds will incur a 35 pounds or 35% administration charge (whichever is greater). All refunds are processed at month end and will be made to the person who purchased the voucher. Any insurance fees, upgrades and optional extras paid will be forfeited.

To request a refund the purchaser MUST return the voucher pack via recorded delivery to, Oaklands Office Park, Hooton Road, Hooton, Ellesmere Port, CH66 7NZ along with a covering letter detailing the reason for your refund request and contact details which include an email address and telephone number.

In the event of a complaint, this is to be sent via email to,whereby your query will be escalated to a member of the management team.

Refund requests will not be dealt with over the telephone.

10. Cancellation Indemnity Cover

Cancellation Indemnity Cover is only applicable to certain experiences. A total cost of 10 pounds for the Cancellation Indemnity Cover must be purchased at time of booking from our Customer Care Team on 0151 559 3762. If the customer should cancel a booked activity session as a direct consequence of one or more of the circumstances set out below
Death within the immediate family
Breakdown on route to an event
Serious illness of the voucher holder
If you have purchased Cancellation Indemnity Cover from , we will credit the cost of the activity and you will be able to arrange a new date for your experience. Relevant documentation must be provided for the above in the event of cancellation.

11. Damage Waiver

Damage Waiver is only applicable to certain driving experiences. Damage waiver can be purchased for 25 pounds for the first car and 5 pounds for any additional car. This can be purchased up until and on the day of the experience. agree that should there be any damage to any of the vehicles you drive on the day of your experience, you will not be liable for the first £5000 pounds of damage as stated on the registration form.

12. Spectators

Family and friends are welcome to come free of charge at our venue. We do have a cafeteria on site for Hot and Cold refreshments to be purchased. Extra drives and passenger rides are also available to purchase subject to availability.

13. Itinerary Changes and Problems during your Event

On the rare occasion that a car you’ve booked to drive is unavailable you will be offered to either, drive another car as a replacement for the car that’s unavailable, and complete the remainder of the experience, or complete the remainder of the experience and re-book to drive the car that’s unavailable at a later date.
If a problem occurs during your experience please bring it to the attention of either the Duty Manager or the Chief Instructor on the day, and they will endeavor to deal with the problem whilst you’re at the venue. If we receive a letter of complaint without us being given the opportunity to rectify the problem whilst you’re at the venue, no refund will be offered retrospectively.

14. Venue Rules

Please Do:

  • Bring your driving licence (Provisional licences or photocopies are not acceptable) Except Junior Events.
  • Bring your letter of confirmation, as this must be presented at point of registration.
  • Leave plenty of time for your journey, should you arrive late you may miss your experience.
  • Wear flat-soled shoes or trainers.
  • Please dress accordingly to the weather, be prepared for rain or very cold conditions. Please also advise your guests to do this also.
  • Feel free to bring friends and family to spectate or take part; additional costs apply.
  • Extras are available on the day to purchase such as photo packages, VIP packages, extra drives and passenger rides.
  • We have an onsite cafeteria providing hot and cold refreshments.
  • Children are welcome. We provide baby changing facilities, bottle warming facilities and a small child’s play area (at Stafford only). All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Our venue is wheelchair friendly.
  • Check all of the contact details are correct,we will need to use these to contact you on or before the day of your event should it be cancelled.
  • Plan your journey. You will need to arrive in good time for your arrival time, so it is a good idea to plan your journey in advance.
  • Keep your voucher safe – you need to bring it with you on the day of the event. The voucher text must match the experience that has been booked. Failure to bring the correct voucher will result in a full deposit or an upgrade fee being chargeable on the day before you can take part and complete your experience. Payment should be made in the form of debit or credit.

Please Do Not:

  • Consume any alcohol or drugs prior to or during any track day experience. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone we suspect to be under the influence of drink or drugs.
  • Bring any animals with you on the day, as they are not permitted within the venue for safety reasons.
In any exceptional circumstances that the instructor deems that a driver is unable to a) accept instruction, b) adhere to safety rules, c) remain in control of the vehicle, d) makes contact with another vehicle, or 3)is involved in an accident, the session may be curtailed immediately at the discretion of the duty manager. The safety of all participants is of paramount importance.
