Redeem Voucher

Step 1: Select your voucher company name
This is the company name or logo that is printed on your voucher.

Step 2: Enter your voucher number
See "What Does My Voucher Look Like?" if you are not sure. 

Step 3: Enter your expiry date on your voucher (If unknown, leave blank)
Your experience must be completed before the expiry date on your voucher. You can extend your voucher below if need be.

Step 4: Select your preferred location / Select your preferred date
Dates will be offered based on the location you choose.

Step 5: Do you need to extend this voucher? (£30)
If your voucher is due to expire but your preferred date, you can extend your voucher here for up to 3 months for £30.

Step 6: Do you need to upgrade your voucher to a weekend? (£25)
If you have a weekdays only voucher, but your preferred date is on a weekend, you can upgrade it here to include weekend availability for £25
This is not applicable to Junior Experiences.

Step 7: Select your preferred session?
Events run from 8am-5pm. For all bookings between 11am-3pm - these are premium time sessions and will incur an additional £10. 

Step 8: Select how may cars are included in your voucher?
For example: do you have a  supercar voucher (1), double (2) supercar voucher or a triple (3) supercar voucher etc.

Step 9: Choose 6 cars in order or preference.
Car choice is subject to availability - therefore if your first choice is not available, we will try and allocate your second car choice and so on. 

Step 10: Did your car choice include one of these upgraded cars?
The Lamborghini LP560 and Lamborghini Huracan are upgrade cars and require an additional fee for each before we can allocate these cars to your booking (These are subject to availability).

Step 11: Enter your phone number.
In case we need to contact you regarding your booking before we can confirm your selection.

** Please be aware that only the person named on a voucher can use it and proof of ID will be required on the day of the event. 

Driveme 
Your Driveme voucher number is a split 13 digit reference number.

It will look like this: 20159-24536-721

Activity Superstore
These include vouchers brought from Boots/WHSmith/Argos/Debenhams/Next

You will need to validate your gift voucher online with Activity Superstore, you will then be given a code, this could be one of the following formats 4,5 or 6 letters followed by 6 numbers.

It will look something like this: GKSU102739

Buyagift
Your Buyagift voucher reference number usually starts with 102… followed by the name of the experience.

It will look like this: 10251468-BUY9620734

Groupon
Your Groupon voucher number is a 10 digit security code which is a combination of letters and numbers. 

It will look like this: F5FD6B2E6C

Into The Blue
Your Into The Blue voucher is is a 10 digit number.

It will look like this: 1256874129

Red Letter Days
Your Red Letter Days voucher number is a combination of letters and numbers.  

It will look something like this: DRIMJ-RLDXXXXXX or Y6256230-10

Virgin / Acorne
Your Virgin Experience Days voucher number is a 6 digit serial number and 4 digit pin code, which is a combination of letters and numbers. 

It will look like this: E3196265 and QSG6 

Wowcher
Your Wowcher voucher is a 12 digit serial number which is a combination of letters and numbers. 

It will look like this: U5NPG7-SMD739

My voucher is due to expire and I cannot do any of the dates offered, can you extend it?
We are unable to extend most supplier vouchers.

If you have a Driveme, Groupon or Wowcher voucher, these can be extended for a further 3 months for £30. 

Otherwise please call the supplier directly as they may be able to help. 

Can I change the date and time once I have booked it?
We are unable to provisionally book your driving experience. Once the booking has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances. Therefore please check your work commitments, diary or with anyone else who is joining your on the day first.

My Virgin Experience Days voucher includes a photo package, is this included at your venue?
We are not able to include photographs from a supplier voucher as we have a photography company operating at our venue and images are available from them. As a substitute we offer all Virgin Experience Days vouchers with the photo package an extra lap on the high speed passenger ride.

Bad Weather:
We only ever cancel our event days if there is heavy snowfall or severe ice or there are severe weather warnings. We post regular updates on our Facebook page. 

Booking Confirmation:
After you have submitted your booking request form, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of this - Please Note: This email is not a booking confirmation. If we are unable to meet your requirements, we will contact you with the details provided to offer an alternative.

Once booked, we will send you a booking confirmation email with all the information you need regarding your booked driving experience.
