How do I buy online?

Once you have set your eyes on the experience you wish to purchase simply click on the buy button and follow the on screen instructions.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, if you would like to order an experience over the phone, please give our friendly booking team a call on 0151 559 3762.

Our office hours are:
9:00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Closed Saturday and Sunday

Are my details safe if I buy online?

Yes, we believe that your peace of mind and security is important when purchasing from Driveme, we have a secure online payment system in place to ensure that you always buy with confidence.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase our products over the telephone and on-line. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard. You can also use Paypal to purchase on-line.

Do I need to book a date as soon as I order?

This is totally your choice, you can leave the voucher open dated for the recipient to choose a date or if you have a date in mind we advise to speak to one of our advisors who can check availability for you before purchasing.  Please remember, once a date is confirmed it can not be cancelled or changed.

If you do choose to purchase the voucher open dated, please remember the experience must be completed before the expiry date.

The Experience
Do I need a full driving licence to go on an experience?

All drivers must be able to present their full UK manual driving licence on the day of their experience (photo ID card part please).

If you have purchased a junior driving experience this does not apply.

What happens if I damage a vehicle?

When purchasing a driving experience from us you will be given the option to purchase our optional Collision Damage Waiver cover. The Damage Waiver can be added when purchasing the voucher, booking the event date or even on the day of the driving experience and costs £25 for the first car and £5 for each additional car being driven per voucher. By paying the Damage Waiver fee Driveme agree’s that you will not be liable for the first £2000 excess as a result of damage to any of the cars.

Am I allowed to bring guests?

Yes, friends and family are most welcome to attend. We have a Cafeteria on site selling Hot and Cold refreshments.

Driveme also offer the chance for spectators to get involved in driving a Supercar on the day or as a Passenger Ride (Fees Apply). 

Is there any dress code at the venue?

We do advise that all drivers dress according for the weather conditions, ensuring you are wearing sensible shoes and clothing including any outdoor wear if required. If you are unsure please give our customer services department a call on 0151 559 3762 and they will be happy to help.

Are there any height and weight restrictions?

Height and weight restrictions are in place for our Experiences, these are outlined on our experience details for both Adult and Junior experiences, before booking an experience if you have any queries with regards to height and weight restrictions please give our customer services team a call on 0151 559 3762. Please remember the purchaser and recipient are responsible for checking the restrictions.

What happens if the weather affects my day?

If you are worried that the venue may be closed due to bad weather conditions please give our customer services team a call on 0151 559 3762 prior to travelling, we will be able to provide you with more information. For a Weekend event please check on our Driveme Facebook page for any updates. On the rare occasion that we cancel your experience due to extreme weather conditions we will re-book your experience as soon as possible.

How long should I allow at the venue?

This depends on the particular experience in question.  Each experience page states the time allowed for that specific experience, however, if you have any queries about your time at the venue please contact a member of our customer services team on 0151 559 3762.

Gift Vouchers
Does my voucher come in a gift pack?

We offer 2 options to receive your Driving Experience Voucher:

1) Evoucher Option: Sent to your email address, this service is Free Of Charge.

2)Voucher Gift Pack: Your voucher will arrive in a gift pack in the post, including a gift voucher.

What voucher postal options do I have and how are they delivered?

We can also arrange to have your voucher sent out in a gift pack. The gift pack costs £4.95 inc P&P. We endeavor to send all orders out via Royal Mail second class post on the day of purchase (before 3pm). Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

We also offer a next day delivery service for only £9.95

All postal orders must be placed before 3pm. You can choose your appropriate option at checkout.

How long are gift vouchers valid for?

Gift vouchers are valid for 10 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

How do I redeem a voucher?

To redeem a voucher please give our friendly booking team a call on 0151 559 3762.

Have you got an exchange policy?

Yes, we offer a free exchange policy.

Can I extend my voucher?

We offer a 3 month voucher extension for a administration cost of £30.  Please call 0151 559 3762 and a Customer Advisor will do this for you over the phone.

Can I buy an open gift voucher?

Yes, if you are unsure what experience to buy, all of our experiences on this site can be purchased using Driveme open gift vouchers. To purchase an open gift voucher please visit this on our Driveme website.
