How do I buy online?
Once you have set your eyes on the experience you wish to purchase simply click on the buy button and follow the on screen instructions.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, if you would like to order an experience over the phone, please give our friendly booking team a call on 0844 80 80 808.

Are my details safe if I buy online?
Yes, we believe that your peace of mind is important when purchasing from Driveme.net therefore we have a secure online payment system in place to ensure that you always buy in confidence.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase our products using Google checkout . We accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, and Solo.
Do I need to book a date as soon as I order?
This is totally your choice, you can leave the voucher open dated for the recipient to choose a date or if you have a date in mind, we advise to speak to one of our advisors who can check availability for you before purchasing. Please remember, once a date is confirmed it can not be changed.
If you do choose to purchase the voucher open dated, please remember the experience must be completed before the expiry date.
The Experience
Do I need a full driving licence to go on an experience?
All drivers must be able to present their full UK manual driving licence on the day of their experience. If you have purchased a junior experience, this does not apply.
What happens if I damage a vehicle?
When purchasing a driving experience from us, you will be given the option to purchase our optional damage waiver policy. The damage waiver can be purchased when purchasing the voucher, booking the event date or even on the day of the driving experience and costs £20. By paying the fee of £20, Driveme.net agree that you will not be liable for the first £1000 excess as a result of damage to any of the cars.
Am I allowed to bring guests?
Yes, friends and family are welcome to attend. We have a cafe on site selling refreshments and also offer the chance for spectators to get involved, we offer a free 4x4 passenger ride, and the chance to purchase high speed passenger rides.
Is there any dress code at the venue?
We do advise that all drivers dress according to the weather conditions, ensuring you are wearing sensible shoes and clothing. If you are unsure about the dress code for a particular experience, please give our customer services department a call on 0844 80 80 808 and they will be happy to help.
Are there any height and weight restrictions?
Height and weight restrictions may depend on the experience in question, before booking an experience if you have any queries with regards to height and weight restrictions please give our customer services team a call on 0844 80 80 808. Please remember the purchaser and recipient are responsible for checking the restrictions.
What happens if the weather affects my day?
If you are worried that the venue may be closed due to bad weather, please give our customer services team a call on 0844 80 80 808 prior to travelling. We will be able to provide you with more information. On the rare occasion that we cancel your experience due to extreme weather conditions, we will rebook your experience as soon as possible.
How long should I allow at the venue?
This depends on the particular experience in question. Each experience page states the time allowed for that specific experience, however, if you have any queries about your time at the venue please contact a member of our customer services team on 0844 80 80 808.
Gift Vouchers
Does my voucher come in a gift pack?
Yes, your voucher will arrive in a personalised gift pack, including a voucher, message card and itinerary.
How long are gift vouchers valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
My voucher is a present for someone, can it be personalised?
Yes, you have the option to personalise your chosen voucher either online or over the phone. If you are purchasing a voucher online, once you have entered the checkout you will be presented with an option where you can personalise your voucher. If purchasing over the phone a member of our booking team will ask you if you would like any personalisation.
What delivery options are available on your vouchers?
We endeavour to send all gift packs out via first class post on the day of purchase, if purchased before 4pm. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery. We do also offer a next day delivery service for only £6.95 which means you don't have to worry about your gift being delayed in the post. You can choose your appropriate option at checkout.
Please remember that you can also print your own voucher from the Driveme.net website. As long as you have your invoice ID to hand you can print your own voucher off here. Very handy when you need your voucher in a hurry!
How do I redeem a voucher?
To redeem a voucher please give our friendly booking team a call on 0844 80 80 808.

Have you got an exchange policy?
Yes, we offer a 30 day free exchange policy.
Can I extend my voucher?
We offer a 3 month extension, for a administration cost of £25. Please call 0844 80 80 808 and a advisor will do this for you.
Can I buy an open gift voucher?
Yes, if you are unsure what to buy for yourself, all experiences on this site can be purchased using Driveme.net open gift vouchers. To purchase an open gift voucher, please visit this page.
